The water-soluble explosion-proof
fiber is a high-grade, high-efficiency explosion-proof fiber
which is widely used in unshaped refractory. After
adding the castable, fluidity of the castable would not be affected. The fiber
has an excellent dispersion. After adding
with water, heat of cast will deposit due to the cement of concrete generate
heating, and the explosion-proof fibers begin to partially melt during the
castable maintenance. Finally this chemical reaction will form micropore, and
it is conducive to venting and drainage of the castable. Some of the moisture has been removed during the oven
